The Jefferson County Economic and Industrial Development Authority (JCEIDA) was formed in 1995 with the mission to provide an inventory of commercial sites for new and expanding businesses. With three different locations and over 600 acres of land ready for development, JCEIDA and the Jefferson Metropolitan Park System have a site that can accommodate your company, both now and well into the future.

Utilize us for your utilities.
No one can get you up and running faster than we can. At JCEIDA we do everything possible to streamline the process. Just as an example, we can bring all your utility providers together to meet with your site team. This gets you in direct contact with key services and helps compress development time.

No one does due diligence better.
JCEIDA sites are in developed locations with roads already constructed and established utilities available. Environmental site assessments are completed and soil studies ready for review.

Work at our place while under construction.
There’s no need to bring a construction trailer to the site just to get work done. Our McCalla location provides companies with access to our Executive Center while construction is underway. Our facility offers all the capabilities you’ve come to expect from an office space.
